To minimize the hassle on your side, we automatically renew your plan for each new billing period.

You can turn off the auto-renewal feature at any point via the in-app Billing page.

This will not result in an immediate closure of your account or its deletion - we simply won’t renew your ongoing plan for the next billing period. You'll have access to the app until the end of the already-paid billing period, regardless of the exact date you cancel.

If you forgot about turning it off and already have an overdue invoice - please reach out to the Support team via chat or email and we'll cancel your account with immediate effect, should the plan's quota be unused.

We accept credit and debit cards (monthly & yearly subscriptions), and bank transfers (yearly subscriptions only). We do not support PayPal payments at the moment.

Yes - we do allow overages (usage above your plan’s limit in a pay-as-you-go model). The Organization Admin can always purchase additional Content Editor credits on demand (1 Content Editor article = 1 Content Editor credit). The Organization Admin can also enable overages for all Organization Members from within the app. Usage over your limits is charged when:
A. Your overage is lower than your plan's threshold: at the end of your billing period, alongside the renewal, or when you change your plan (upgrades and downgrades).
B. Your overage is equal to or higher than your plan’s threshold: immediately.
Plan's thresholds:

• Essential: 5 Content Editor articles
• Scale: 10 Content Editor articles

Unused credits do not roll over to the next month. The only exception is when upgrading to a different plan.

Yes, you can always buy additional AI credits on demand. For the best value per AI credit, we recommend choosing plan Scale or Enterprise.

If you’re not ready for a recurring commitment or need more credits right away, you can top-up any active subscription with our AI packages (different sizes available inside the app).

Your credits reset yearly or after changing your plan (upgrades and downgrades).

Yes. Upon finalizing the purchase, you’ll be charged for the entire year. Remember: choosing the annual plan gives you a discount of up to 23% in comparison to the monthly payments. Don’t miss out!
