Terms — The Blueprint Training

1. Eligibility

To qualify for the discount on Surfer services, users must be active participants in the Blueprint Training courses. The discount is available only for the duration of the user's participation in the Blueprint Training’s courses.

2. Discount Details

• Monthly Subscription Discount: Users are entitled to a 25% discount on Surfer services for up to 6 months when subscribing on a monthly basis.
• Yearly Subscription Discount: Users are entitled to a 10% discount on Surfer services when subscribing on a yearly basis.
• Switching Between Plans: If a user switches from a monthly subscription to a yearly subscription within the initial 6-month discount period, the 10% discount for the yearly subscription will be applied.

3. Verification and Data Processing

By accepting these terms, you agree that Surfer and the Blueprint Training have the right to contact each other to verify the user's participation in the Blueprint Training courses. This verification is necessary for the application and continuation of the discount.

• Personal Data: The user consents to the processing of their personal data, including their full name (first name and surname), user ID, and email address, for the purpose of verifying their eligibility for the discount.
• Data Sharing: Surfer and the Blueprint Training may share the user's personal data for the purpose of confirming the user's participation in the Blueprint Training courses.

4. Continuation of Discount

The discount will remain in effect as long as the user continues to participate in the Blueprint Training courses. Should the user cease participation, the discount will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Acceptance of Terms

By using Surfer services and benefiting from the discount, the user agrees to adhere to Surfer's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

6. Termination of Discount

The discount may be terminated or modified at the discretion of Surfer upon notice to the user. Continuation of the discount is contingent upon ongoing participation in the Blueprint Training courses.

7. Additional Terms

• The discount is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers.
• the Blueprint Training and Surfer reserve the right to change or discontinue the discount program at any time without prior notice.
• Users must comply with all applicable terms and conditions of both the Blueprint Training courses and Surfer services.
• Notwithstanding any damages that a user might incur, the entire liability of the Surfer and any of its suppliers under any provision of these terms and your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you through the Surfer services or 100 USD if you haven’t purchased anything through the Surfer services.
