1. Eligibility

To qualify for the discount on Surfer services, users must be joinsecret.com registered users. The discount is available exclusively to new customers of Surfer and does not apply to existing users. 

2. Discount Details

• Annual Subscription Discount: Users are entitled to an additional 10% off on top of the standard 20% yearly plan discount — for a total of 30% off the yearly plan

By accepting these terms, you agree that Surfer and joinsecret.com have the right to contact each other to verify your participation in joinsecret.com as a user. This verification is necessary for the application and continuation of the discount.

• Personal Data: You consent to the processing of your personal data, including your full name (first name and surname), user ID, and email address, for the purpose of verifying your eligibility for the discount.
• Data Sharing: Surfer and joinsecret.com may share your personal data for the purpose of confirming your participation in joinsecret.com.
• Consent: Your consent for the processing of your personal data is voluntary but necessary for the delivery of contractual services (Surfer services) and receiving the discount.

4. Acceptance of Terms‍

5. Termination of Discount‍

The discount may be terminated or modified at the discretion of Surfer upon notice to you. Discount is contingent upon participation in joinsecret.com as a user.

6. Additional Terms

• The discount is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers- unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• joinsecret.com and Surfer reserve the right to change or discontinue the discount program at any time without prior notice.
• Users must comply with all applicable terms and conditions of both joinsecret.com and Surfer services.
• Notwithstanding any damages that a user might incur, the entire liability of the Surfer and any of its suppliers under any provision of these terms and your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you through the Surfer services or 100 USD if you haven’t purchased anything through the Surfer services.
