Terms — SEO Copywriters Directory

This document is applicable to services provided by Surfer via https://surferseo.com/seo-copywriters-directory/. 

Terms & Conditions for Writers listed in Surfer’s Directory: 

• To get listed you will need to fill out the registration form and meet all of the requirements. You can find the instructions here. 
• We add new writers at least once a month, during the first week of every month. 
• If you want to update your profile, please contact us at [email protected]
• We do not guarantee that you will receive any orders. However, we will do our best to promote Writers Directory, and indirectly your services, as much as we can. 
• Being listed in the Directory is free of charge. We do not take any commission from your contracts. 
• Your contact details are public. Surfer is not responsible for the possible acquisition of your e-mail for purposes other than the intended purposes of acquiring writing jobs.
• Your profile can be terminated or deleted if we notice and confirm that:

• You’re not responding to potential customers' emails 
• You deliver low-quality service 
• You plagiarize someone else's work
• You’re using this platform for other purposes unrelated to the expressed intent of the Writers Directory (abuse, spam, harassment)
• You do not deliver the requested and agreed upon services 
• Your profile is fake, and you are impersonating someone or someone’s work 
• You agree that the Surfer, in its sole discretion, may suspend or terminate your profile (or any part thereof) and remove and discard any items or content within the Service, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if the Surfer believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Terms. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity that may be grounds for termination of your use of Service, may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

Terms & Conditions for Customers using Surfer’s Directory: 

• Writers and agencies listed in our directory are not Surfer employees. We are not responsible for them in any way. 
• We can’t guarantee that the Writers listed in the directory will deliver the service or quality you’re looking for. However, we are doing our best to add only proven writers. 
• We can’t guarantee that Writers will get back to you. However, if the writer doesn’t reply to your emails, you can let us know by filling out the “report form” visible on Writer’s page. 
• Using Directory is free of charge. We do not take any commission. Neither are there any hidden costs. 
• All of our writers had to pass an official Surfer exam, but we can’t guarantee that they will provide you with highly optimized content. 
• Writers listed in the Directory might not have an active Surfer subscription. 
• Writers are listed RANDOMLY. 
• Surfer is not checking the links or any other materials (except the official Certificate) provided by the Writers in the registration form. We can’t guarantee that they express the real work done by the Writer or if the links work properly.
