Event Terms — Warsaw Marketing Event
1. Organizer
The event is organized by Surfer sp. z o.o., with its registered seat in Plac Solny 14/3, 50-062 Wrocław, Poland, having KRS number: 0000752993 (the “Organizer”).
2. Nature of the Event & Participation
The event is free of charge and intended for marketing and SEO professionals.
Registration does not automatically guarantee participation. Due to limited capacity and the professional nature of the event, participation is subject to approval by the Organizer based on the participant’s professional profile and relevance to the event theme.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse or cancel a registration in justified cases, including where participation would conflict with the purpose of the event, safety considerations, or these Terms.
The Organizer may cancel the event or change its date, venue, or agenda for organizational reasons or due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
3. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to behave in a professional, respectful, and lawful manner.
The Organizer may refuse entry or remove a participant from the event without compensation in the event of serious or repeated disruptive, unsafe, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate conduct.
4. Liability
Participants attend the event at their own responsibility.
The Organizer is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought to the venue.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under applicable Polish law.
5. Photography and Use of Image
A professional photographer will be present at the event. Photographs and video recordings may be taken during the event.
By accepting these Terms and registering for the event, the participant grants the Organizer consent to record and use their image (including photographs and video recordings) for promotional and communication purposes of the Organizer, including publication on the Organizer’s website and social media channels (including LinkedIn). The participant’s consent includes a royalty-free, worldwide, and non-exclusive license to use their image for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes across official social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn).
This may include tagging participants on social media where applicable.
If a participant does not wish to appear in photographs or recordings, or wishes to withdraw their consent, they must inform the Organizer at the registration desk upon arrival at the event. The Organizer will take reasonable and proportionate measures to respect such requests, including identifying such participants through visible designation and instructing the photographer accordingly.
6. Personal Data
The Organizer processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR.
