In connection with the event, we may process:

a) Event Registration and Participation
We process your personal data to manage registration, verify eligibility, approve participation, and organize the event.
Legal basis:
Article 6(1)(b) GDPR - performance of a contract (participation in the event) and
Article 6(1)(f) GDPR - legitimate interest in organizing and managing a professional industry event.
b) Photography and Use of Image
A professional photographer will be present at the event. Photographs and video recordings may be taken and used for promotional and communication purposes of the Organizer, including publication on the Organizer's website and social media channels (including LinkedIn).
Legal basis:
Article 6(1)(a) GDPR - your consent, expressed by accepting the Event Terms during registration.
Images may be used for a period of up to 5 years from the date of the event.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or by informing us at the event registration desk. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
c) Marketing Communications
If you choose to receive marketing communications, we will process your email address to send you invitations to future events, marketing communications, and industry updates.

Article 6(1)(a) GDPR - your consent.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us.
4. Social Media Publication
If photographs are published on social media, they may be accessible to users of those platforms worldwide. Where applicable, participants may be tagged in posts.
Please note that social media platforms act as independent controllers of personal data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
5. Data Recipients
Your personal data may be shared with:
- IT and event management service providers (e.g., registration platforms),
- The professional photographer engaged for the event,
- Hosting and IT service providers,
- Social media platforms where content is published.
Where required, appropriate data processing agreements are in place.
6. Data Retention
- Registration data: for the duration necessary to organize the event and for a reasonable period thereafter for documentation and legal purposes.
- Images: up to 5 years from the date of the event.
- Marketing data: until consent is withdrawn.
